LDE London is delighted to announce that Jen Greenhalgh has been awarded the LDE London Conference Bursary 2026, enabling her to attend the Les Dames d’Escoffier International (LDEI) Annual Conference in Las Vegas in April 2026.
Launched this year, the bursary supports one Dame to attend conference by covering flights, accommodation, registration, and a modest allowance — opening access to one of LDEI’s most powerful moments of connection, learning, and inspiration across its global network of nearly 3,000 women across 40 chapters worldwide.

Originally from the Lake District, Jen brings over 20 years’ experience across kitchens, education, and food development. Her career includes working in restaurants such as St. John and The Lockhart, teaching for Jamie Oliver, and working in product development for a multinational company. She is the founder and co-owner of Two Dogs Down, the UK’s first and only gourmet corndog shop.
A committed and highly engaged member of LDE London since 2019, Jen serves on both the Events and Communications Committees. She has played a key role in growing the chapter’s visibility through social media and editorial contributions, alongside organising and supporting chapter events and participating in international online programmes.
Jen will represent LDE London in Las Vegas alongside Chapter delegates Cathy Sloman, President, and Sarah Thompson, Treasurer, as well as Kate Howell, who will attend in her capacity as a member of the LDEI International Board.
This new bursary reflects LDE London’s commitment to widening access, nurturing talent, and ensuring our chapter is visible and engaged on the global stage. We look forward to the connections, insights, and inspiration Jen will bring back to our community following conference.
Congratulations, Jen.
