Dame Francine Kowalski, a joint member of LDE London and the New York City chapter, shares her mother’s beloved cranberry sauce recipe. “It helps cut through the richness of the rest of the meal!” Francine explains.
This tangy, slightly sweet sauce is a vibrant addition to the Thanksgiving table, balancing bold flavors with refreshing brightness. Francine has added her own twist to her mom’s original recipe by incorporating diced green apple, making it even more special.
