Partnership with Les Dames d’Escoffier International (LDEI) creates a unique opportunity to connect your brand to a global audience of women influencers, luminaries and professional leaders in food, beverage and hospitality.

Partnering with us in the London Chapter would connect you with women leaders here in the UK – we are chefs and restaurateurs, caterers, authors and publishers, press and trade journalists, restaurant and brand publicists, educators, demonstrators, chocolatiers, recipe developers, restaurant consultants, makers and importers of wine, fine spirits or craft beer, wine educators, and food producers, to name just some of the worlds we move in.

We’re not just in London, we have members across the UK and in Ireland, so our network is small but wide. Our subscriptions are a big help but we want to achieve more so we can support more women to make their way in our industries.

We raise funds to support women in our industries, for example in 2024 we offered a bursary to Alex Beighton to study for her Advanced Diploma in Artisan Baking at the School of Artisan Food.

We are a small group and we would love some help with our fundraising endeavours – if you share our aims and aspirations perhaps you could sponsor an event, donate food-related items for our raffles and auctions, or make a donation to help us achieve our aims. We’re open to ideas and we’re looking forward to hearing from you!
